Whats your main protein source?  Steak, eggs, chicken and salmon for me.

All of what you said except salmon. Can’t do it for some reason. I’ll eat white fish like cod or haddock though. Lower fat than salmon so that’s good.

Salmon, beans, and avocado. I can make avocados in so many different ways and it gives me so much energy. Rice and beans is also my go to side for almost anything.

I guess I do eat alot of tuna though...mostly because of the convenience.
