Deca and joints
« on: May 20, 2020, 10:45:25 PM »
Iím going ti ask the age old question... is there really proof for deca helping the joints?  You personal experience is appreciated as well as any reference to an article with proof.  Reason I am interested is I have a bad shoulder.  Cartilage is deteriorating and I am in pain.  EQ was minimal for the joint pain.  Any experience I had with deca was before my shoulder was so bad and since then I just refused to run it simply because of possible libido issues.

Cant hurt to run it but curious to know if there is any real substance behind the claims.

That's a great question and seems like everyone has their own opinion. Personally I've had relief using NPP for joint pain in my elbows. I don't run it a lot, but a close friend swears by it. I am not sure how effective it would be for a real injury. Might be worth using NPP if sides are a concern for you. At least it will clear your system faster with the short ester. If you have or fear libido issues, might be good to have caber or prami on hand. 19-nor's like deca, npp, tren can cause prolactin issues. Personally, if I keep estrogen in check on 19-nors, my prolactin sides are minimal.

Personal experience, a Big Yes. I've always kept my Test dose twice that of the Deca and have never had problems with libido, etc.
*I've never responded to EQ. I've tried several different labs and dosing regimens without success.

Thanks fir the reply gents... i am leaning towards running it.  What could it hurt? My shoulder is junk now anyway.  Almost nothing to lose.

All I can say for certain is I never had joint issues while running deca...whether it prevented pains or not I can't say. On the other end I am convinced winny absolutely causes me joint pain. Every single time I've ever used it.

Winny for sure kills my joints.

@unknown, just make sure you got stuff on hand for libido if thatís a concern. Besides that worth a shot. (Pun intended)
