The ketosis diet actually works! Some people believe it's a fad diet but they are wrong. By increasing the amount of protein you consume, your body works harder to digest it. Every gram of protein has 4 calories but since your body has to work harder to digest it, you end up burning calories. Thus, each gram of protein is 3.2 calories in fact. Plus high protein meals tend to be filling compared to high-carbohydrate meals. That helps you reduce the amount of food you consume. These factors help lose weight fast and that is why I recommend using the ketosis diet.

The keto diet, in fact, does work, I have tried the diet a few times and every single time I got amazing results. Try it before claiming it is useless as it is far from being useless.

I used keto for over a year. It helped with lowering my blood pressure but that’s about it. I was doing it wrong, IMO, I used medium protein and high fat. Wrong. I should’ve done high protein and medium fat. With high fat I stayed hungry even though I was taking in over 300g of fat a day.
